Upcoming events:
Spring Camporee, May 18-20
>PERMISSION SLIP<
We will participate in a Map and Compass event at Highland Forest. All Scouts should bring a signed permission slip Friday night. the cost is $16, please bring that Friday night too. Meet at TUCC Friday at 6:30 (PM).
CPR Training, May 21
At the Monday meeting, Paul Whitney & the Tully Fire Department will run a CPR training session. All Scouts are encouraged to attend, even if you are already certified (for the purpose of renewal).
Memorial Day Parade, May 28
All Scouts should attend.
Whitewater Rafting, June 2
This will be a one-day event on the Black River available to Scouts who are at least 14 years old. We will not be camping overnight.

Golf weekend, June 8 – 10
>INFORMATION<
This is an outing with Skaneateles Troop 61 to earn the Golf Merit Badge. We camp at Pearl Lakes in Marcellus and play
golf there. Scouts that are earning the Golf Merit Badge will get lessons and play Golf Saturday and Sunday. Scouts that
already have the Golf Merit Badge can come along just to play Golf. It is helpful if Scouts bring Golf clubs, if anybody
cannot, Pearl Lakes does have limited rentals, but we’ll have to check on that if needed.
A signup will be put out at the next meeting. We need to get a count of Scouts that are going to Troop 61 next week. Once Troop 61 has a count they will invite other Troops, if there is still space available. This has always been a fun campout in the past, I'm sure this will be another fun weekend.
Please try to give us an accurate signup. If you do not sign up next week, you might not be able to go because space is limited.
If you signup and cannot go, other Scouts from other Troops might not get the chance to signup.
If anybody cannot be at the meeting, but would like to go, contact me and I will add you to the list.
Sabattis coming up this summer, July 29th – August 4th
Scouts should have signed up by now, but if they have not, be sure to get on the list. Sabattis deposit is needed soon, the deposit is
$100 per Scout that is attending.
